   1.2 All prices are in USA Dollars (USD), and include GST if required. Prices for customers outside Australia may have any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees that the destination country may charge if required.

2. Shipping and Delivery
   2.1 Rswank will use its best efforts to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment.
   2.2 Our standard delivery times are 7-15 business days; however, delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
   2.3 Rswank is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes the destination country charges.
   2.4 Rswank is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

3. Returns and Refunds
   3.1 According to the Returns and Refunds Policy, Rswank accepts returns within 14 business days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
   3.2 The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returning the product.
   3.3 Rswank will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
   3.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product.
